Purchased my vehicle over the telephone, saw a video of the car while engine was running including the bonnet and inside of the car. I used delivery service. Car was delivered on time specified. Cannot fault the service provided. Very happy with my purchase!

We purchased a car over the phone and paid for delivery. The advert stated that the car "drives like a new" but it arrived with a coolant leak. On taking it to our local garage to investigate, in addition to the requirement to replace the water pump and thermostat, they identified significant corrosion underneath and advised that we return the car under distance selling act. QCert accepted return of the car but charged £200 admin fee (which had not been clearly stated on website), despite the car not being the condition stated on the website. We were also charged for the collection.
