Car had big issues V5 wasn’t provided

Hi, let me address the issue you have raised in the review. Firstly the car was sold as part exchange clearance spare and repair at a very cheap price, it was clearly sold as seen, without any warranty. Secondly as car came in part exchange, you were told the V5 will be sent to us from previous car owner. As soon as we received it we transferred it into your name. Great experience buying my first car and was able to negotiate on a deal. Ased (sorry if i butchered your name) was really professional and nice, didn't make me feel pressured to buy at all. Gave me all the time i needed to check the vehicle and even allowed me to do a test drive.
